Madan is the co-founder and director of Sylvan Advisors, in the field of education management; CEO and MD of Head Held High Services, a social enterprise for rural youth, and former co-founder of MeritTrac Services, a skill assessment, and testing company. Madan explains the fact that the biggest problem our country faces is job creation and also brings light to the fact that the startup can be the way to provide more jobs to the youth!
