Dan can back up the content he shares through lessons and successes he has had over the last 20 years of being in and around Property, Construction and Personal Development. His entrepreneurial bug came from a young age selling products he bought at discounts from the job he was in when he left school, several jobs later and a redundancy Dan found himself in the building industry labouring, he soon pick things up and went on the tools as a multi-trade to then setting up his own building contractors to now running his successful building consultancy.
Through Dan's love of personal development, he found coaching and networking. Where he joined many different business and property networks which eventually led him to start his own event called The Property Vault which was about helping people unlock property knowledge, it successfully ran for 4 years.
Dan has been building his portfolio over the last few years with lots of mistakes and losses but a lot of great success and lessons to allow him to grow as an individual, Dan continues to build his portfolio when the right opportunities come up, but his main focus is in helping people build on solid foundations through Building and Renewable energy consultancy, Busines Coaching and online property training.
Utilising the last 20 years Dan thought it was a great idea to share his practical experience and knowledge through the podcast including warts and all.
