Brigham City and Staker Parsons, Inc. have com pleted a land exchange agreement involving 12 parcels to support future development, gravel operations and utility access, with no money exchanged between the parties. Brigham City Administrator Derek Oyler said, “It’s taken a long time to work through all of this,” noting that the agreement has been in the works for more than two years.
