In an alternate reality where fairies are the new squirrels, orcs are underprivileged, elves are rich and racist, and humans still pretty much suck overall, a  police partnership between an orc and a human endures the ultimate test when the power of a magic wand is invoked in an attempt to bring back the Dark Lord. Leading us to wonder, is this movie in the Harry Potter universe?
