Tiffini Flynn Forslund is a cultural liaison and social justice activist.  She is a board member for Kids At Risk Action which advocates for change within the child protection system that has a direct effect on families of racial and economic disparities.  Tiffini is a board member for Gender Justice, a nonprofit that has landmark legislation and court cases eliminating bias, injustice, and inequities that exist due to lack of equality. She is a member of the Minneapolis and St. Paul chapter of the NAACP and is part of the Back Lives Matter.
