Brijet Finister has been named the new Miss Black California USA 2012. A Stockton native, and former professional cheerleader for the Oakland Raiders “Raiderettes,” Brijet is an undergraduate student at San Francisco State University, set to graduate with her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature on May 19, 2012. She graduated from Franlin High School in 2008 from the International Baccalaureate.
