In our busy days, mealtime can get rushed and squished into very small windows.
It seems like we’re either on the road trying to get the kiddos to their next great activity or trying to squeeze in every last bit of focus at work to be able to get it all done and be home in time for some family fun.

No time for meals here…
This can look like us shoving food in our face at our desk or in our cars to get the next thing done.
Besides the loss of enjoyment of a good meal, eating too quickly or in a stressed situation has other serious implication.
