Hosts Clarence Boone and William Hosea spend the hour discussing the ramifications of the decision to reopen the schools of the Monroe County Community Schools Corporation (MCCSC), which was scheduled to start on August 3. On Tuesday, July 28, 2020, action was taken on motions set forth by board member Brandon Shurr. As reported in the Herald Times, the MCCSC decided to push back the start of classes until August 12. In-school instruction was eliminated for the time being and all students will begin learning online.
