Very often people HIJACK your time and ask you for just 5 minutes to talk about something important. Often times, nothing concrete comes out of such conversations, they’re just another way to re-hash an old issue, and there’s no clear resolution, or action or accountability.   

AND, it never takes ‘JUST 5 minutes’. Multiply this scenario across the day, and you’ve lost at least half of your productive time in non-productive conversations.
