Welcome to the final episode of 2022! Firstly, I want to thank you for being here! Your presence is truly appreciated. 2022 has been pretty weird for me, as I am sure you’ve noticed if you’ve been tuning in. It started with high hopes mixed with this weird feeling that I was going backwards. 

In this show I get reflective on the past year and work through things real time with you. While I did go backwards per say, the Universe quickly remedied that for me and in the process left me feeling a little…wondering wtf is happening. I made huge headway with creative projects such as this while other aspects felt stuck in the mud. 

In the process I learned to radically love myself regardless of what was happening (or not happening) in my life. I saw a huge improvement in my self worth in the midst of extreme disappointment. So, that is a win and f yes, I will celebrate it. As usual I discuss frequency, mindset and more. I offer you a way to make peace with the past year, leave behind what needs to be left there and bring all parts of your field and soul into the new year.
