The Vipers collaborate with overseas clubs that have interest in picking up players in paid positions with a goal of experience, player exposure, placement and expansion.

Her mission is to bring a new level of interest for women and families to attend pro basketball games. And as a aspiring G-League Team Owner, who wants to be the first Black woman owner of an NBA team, she has already accomplished so much toward her ultimate goal. We talk to her about all she has accomplished, her advice for Black women who aspire to be entrepreneurs, and her strategy for strong leadership in the ever-changing post-pandemic workplace.
