She is Australian trained medical doctor and has worked for many years as a clinician across the public and private sector internationally in Australia and Botswana. In 2015, Dr. Mhozya diversified into private healthcare insurance clinical leadership roles. She has held senior management roles in managing fraud risk, HP outliers and relationships as well as managed care in Southern Africa.
