Enjoying life and peace is something people want, and God desires to make it so. He provided ancient Israel with directions to follow that would lead them to life and peace, but they struggled with going God's way. The leaders were responsible for blessing them, but they failed, and the blessings became curses. The Prophet Malachi gives a stern message.
