Pat Macias is the Executive Director of the Museum of Northern California Art aka MONCA in Chico, California.  In this inspiring conversation Pat talks about her role in founding the first art museum in the small and vibrant city of Chico in Northern California.  She shares how important it is to her to engage everyone in the community in the museum's diverse activities and create a space where anyone can cherish a connection with art in all its forms.
