In the latest episode of The Open Tribe, Blackpanda's Cyber Security Technical Communicator Larabella Myers interviewed Annalisa Ludwinski, Head of Correspondent Bank Partnerships at Investec. Annalisa has been active in promoting Diversity and Inclusion in Finance for many years, and is now a Programme Partner for the 30% Club Cross Company Mentoring Scheme. She highlighted the importance of 'bringing women into the room', including women in business conversations, giving positive feedback and building support networks.
