David Davis’s Great Repeal Bill is a centrepiece of the Conservatives’ Brexit strategy, but yesterday we learned that Labour want to scrap it, bringing forward instead an EU Rights and Protections Bill. But is there any substantive difference between the two plans? And indeed, what other real differences can we see in the parties’ approaches to leaving the European Union now that the manifestos are being released?
