Brittany Cooley is currently a Member Support Specialist for Branch Insurance. Her focus in her role specializes in agency support, underwriting, special projects, and improving customer/client satisfaction to better help improve their overall experience. She has over 15+ years combined working experience in the insurance industry, finance industry, and customer service.

 

Facing life struggles in her in mid-twenties, Brittany had to regain her mental strength to get back on the right track for her future.
