On today's Move Your Brain Move Your Body Podcast episodes we welcome Rua Gilna & Boris Dugandzic. Both are brilliant personal trainers in the fitness space in New York/ New Jersey area.

Rua, originally from Ireland, has been in fitness for over 16 years from personal training, to lecturing and designing syllabus for certification courses to managing multi million dollar gyms, heading training departments for chains of gyms and working one on one with international level athletes and average Joes. He stepped away from the corporate side because he prefers the reward of working with individuals one on one, especially the chronically injured. Rua has a background in gymnastics, martial arts and breakdancing among other sports. Rua specializes in taking people who currently in pain and transitioning them back to high levels of performance utilizing concepts of Postural Restoration Institute. This subject is close to his heart after several traumatic brain injuries and joint injuries himself.

Boris is originally from Croatia, played professional, semiprofessional and college basketball for over 15 years. Boris is a strength and movement coach based in Manhattan, NYC. Boris has been involved with Postural Restoration Institute for the past 5 years. He incorporates this system to help youth athletes and gen pop clients achieve peak performance through objective testing and programming.
