This season we are taking a dive into Mental Health, Busyness, and Formational Practices. We will also have a couple interviews later in the season with individuals who have experience following the way of Jesus while dealing with mental health issues. This first week we give a birds eye view of why mental health issues exist and set up the next few episodes.
