Hello everyone and welcome to Broad-WHAT?, your weekly insight into the heads and hearts of artists in the lower mainland and beyond.

Now I always love to showcase local artists and shows, and when Eternal Theatre reached out to showcase their upcoming show, I was so pleased to do so.

Now, I sat down with two amazing people from the show, the choreographer Alexandria Ewart and one of the stars Robbie Hebert to talk about their musical bare: a pop opera.

I asked about the artistic process, we discussed queer representation and what that means to us, and we talked about creating safe environments in the rehearsal hall.

Bare opens on Wednesday the 29th and runs to June 8th at the Unitarian Church of Vancouver.
