Meet Lochlin - radio broadcaster, podcaster, yogi and UFO spotter. With over 30 years in the broadcast industry, most recently working as a morning show host of #TheLOCKERROOM in Edmonton, Lochlin now cohosts his own show, Grease Fire. 

After breaking his tailbone playing hockey, Lochlin tried yoga to help his recovery. Challenging himself to practice yoga every day for a year, he discovered the immense mental, physical, and spiritual benefits of the practice. A few years later, Lochlin decided to become a yoga instructor and make the practice more approachable for the beer-drinking, hockey-playing community.
