The Indigenous Youth Guitar Giveaway Series or IYGGS is a program founded by Brock Stonefish to help get High-Quality Musical Instruments into the hands of kids who otherwise might not have access. This is Brock’s initiative to address Mental Health in our Indigenous Communities as our youth hold the highest suicide rates in North America. In an article by CBC, readers learned of Brock’s personal struggles with suicide at the age of 13, Brock explained to CBC that it was picking up and learning the Guitar that saved his life.
