He is a graduate of Georgetown University, where he was a two-time All-American, two-time Tewaaraton Award Finalist and 2005 NCAA Defensive Player of the Year. The future hall of famer has won multiple awards in his 17-year professional career, broke the loose ball record in the NLL and had the PLL's award for best long-stick midfielder named after him. He has also won two Mann Cup Championships, 2 Gold and 3 Silver Medals at the World Field Lacrosse Championship, 2 Gold at the World Indoor Lacrosse Championships and a MLL Championship.
