She has created a flourishing business that has been awarded multiple times in State Salon of the year, Salon Team of year, Salon training of the year, Business of the year, National Finalist in the coveted Loreal Colour Trophy. Brodie herself has just Won Salon Owner/ Business Director of the year at Aus Hair Industry awards and been Awarded Qld Hairdresser of the year a few times across Hair expo, AHFA  and AHIA.
