I like to add the term servant leadership, because it humbles the term. It puts us in a position of saying, you know what, you're not on top. You're not the guy with the corner office with all the windows. Servant leadership is the guy… If you look at the picture of the guy on the bottom, holding a platform and everyone who works for him or her, he or she is supporting, lifting them up making THEM better, providing the foundation for them to succeed. That servant leader is humbling themselves before God. And before people.
