First as we go thru the remainder of Revelation the drama flashes back & forth between Earth & Heaven.
Second the over-all picture: God is judging a rebellious world! Real men & women that have put Jesus off. Rejection / self-deception / OR false beliefs. (Rev. 16:9) (10-11) & (21) blasphemed & didn’t repent.
