Welcome to the second part of a deeply authentic and heartfelt conversation with my dear friend and healer, Stephanie Kennedy. This two-part series covers a wide spectrum of emotions and experiences, exploring the “brutiful” transformation that comes from such monumental experiences leaving profound impact on our emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. 

In this second half, we delve even deeper into the spiritual growth and understanding that can emerge from these profound experiences of loss. We touch upon the ancestral aspects honouring the challenges our own mothers had to navigate in silence and the impact of generational trauma shedding light on the need for care and support for those who endure similar losses. Our goal is to offer solace, understanding and more compassion to those having faced or are navigating similar trials and tribulations on their journeys.

Stephanie’s journey led her to become a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor with a specialization in Sexual Abuse Counselling. Through her work, she has come to recognize the critical importance of support and community in helping women and their families heal from these deeply challenging experiences.
