"Broken Rung" Still Holds Women Back in the Workplace

Today’s action steps come courtesy of Dr. Mohan: 

  1. Proactively put your personal self back onto your schedule. At a minimum, commit to scheduling your lunch hour, a daily walk, and unproductive time called “rest” at the end of each day. 
  2. Do a closet edit. Throw out any looks that don’t make you feel great. 
  3. Nominate an amazing woman who should be part of our “Women at the Helm” series. Email Dr. Mohan at [email protected].
  4. Help change the statistics on women in leadership. Share the “HelloHealth Today” podcast with women who want to support women.
