Anyone who has ever "closed" on a home sale, knows its not always so simple. There are steps involved, a process. I recently went through this process, including a home inspection. I was later informed, the house had some issues that needed to be resolved. When entering the home again, all I could see was the brokenness, clearly identified. In life, we can easily focus in on what's broken.
