Quadruple olympian Bronwen Knox is a high-achiever.

She's been competing at an international level in Water Polo for 15 years and also has Bachelor Degrees in both Biomedical Science and Law.

Bronwen explains how the team become like family as they train intensely and live together most of the year.

She also confirms in the podcast that Water Polo is indeed a rough contact sport and that it is refereed only from above the water. Under the water is where some scratching and kicking occurs.
