The event is hosted by 16th district city council member Althea Stevens, in tandem with assembly member Chantel Jackson, Bronx D.A. Darcel Clark, and Bronx borough president Vanessa Gibson. They each had an opportunity to introduce and award Bronx women who have shown what their “Black Girl Magic” looks like.
