Chad Muska and Elemental Awareness welcomed skaters from all boroughs of NYC and beyond into the Bronx for a stop on the Make It Count National Contest Series. NYC is always full of life and personality,and when packed into the tight Throggs Neck Skate Park it made for an entertaining afternoon. Congrats to Max Bluestein that took the scholarship to skate camp,where he will compete on Jun 21st for Element flow sponsorship! Check out the video and photo gallery below!

It's a rare thing these days, in the age of the internet and all, when you can honestly say an amateur skater paid his dues to earn what he's got, but for Nick Garcia, there's nothing truer than that. Skating his ass off, and getting noticed the old fashioned way. "The harder you work the luckier you get" and with that said, we are proud to introduce Element's newest pro, Nick Garcia.

While following Amateurus for Future Nature, we ended up in the jewel of the equator, Costa Rica. We trailed the pod from the sunken seas to the highest mountain tops, surrounded by a volcanic skyline.
