Tonight on BronxTalk, we host a primary debate for the 15th Congressional District. Appearing this evening are former Assembly Member Rev. Michael Blake, who also served as a Vice Chair of the Democratic National Committee, and Jose Vega, a political organizer and associate of the LaRouche movement. Although incumbent Congressmember Ritchie Torres is the third candidate in this race, he unfortunately declined our invitation to join tonight's discussion.
