Brooke Brown - Starting ACTC, Negative Noise and Believing in Yourself

Listen Later

Brooke Brown takes To Centre Stage this week! Brooke is the Co-founder and Artistic Director of The Australian Calisthenics Theatre Company and owner of Ridgehaven Calisthenics in South Australia. She shares her experience of how she came up with the idea to start ACTC and how she hopes to give young performers the chance to pursue Calisthenics as a full-time career. Brooke talks to us about social media and the negative impact it can have on sport. Finally, we ask Brooke all things Mother Nature coming to Melbourne this December!
