With a foundation in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley, Brooke Winter transitioned from an engineer at Hewlett-Packard to a successful career as an acupuncturist and educator. After completing her studies at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, she taught courses in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Clean Needle Technique while also maintaining a private practice at Circle Healthcare Clinic for nearly two decades.
