First it was illegal hairdressers, and now it’s illegal brothels. Criminals are finding ways to keep their operations going even through Victoria’s tough restrictions.

But there could be more to this story than first appears. Illegal brothels like this one could be hiding far more sinister criminal operations beneath the surface.

At a time when social distancing is important, you’d think people would have better sense than to visit brothels…much less illegal ones.
