Someone has said that love is the spiritual lubricant that keeps life running smoothly. That’s true, and as we’ll discover today, it was the secret to the success of the Church in the first century. In First Thessalonians chapter four verses nine through twelve, we learn that love is not only evidence of life in the Lord and a true knowledge of Him, but also evidence that we are truly His disciples.
