Judging by the numbers the right wing media hate machine is a lucrative business if you can consistently bring the hate.  The problem is finding sponsors to fund it.  Companies that provide real products and services are few, but there's plenty of nutritional supplement and miracle cure concerns ready and willing to pay the bill.
