This week we are trying Bruichladdich The Classic Laddie, an unpeated single malt scotch whisky from the Isle of Islay in Scotland. Afterwards we chat about one of the important ingredients that go into making whiskey that many may overlook; the barrel and char.  We then devolve into a discussion about whiskey pricing. This includes the comfortability (or lack thereof) that we have when being given a sample of an expensive whiskey.
