  • Kathryn's Hollandaise Sauce Recipe:
    • Ingredients:
      • 5 Tbs butter
      • 1 Lemon
      • 4-6 oz lowfat sour cream
      • 1 T water
      • 4 egg yolks
      • 1/2 tsp paprika
    • To make sauce:
      1. Whisk egg yolks and lemon juice together
      2. Boil a pot of water and pour eggs/lemon mix in mixing bowl and set over boiling water
      3. Keep whisking. Mix melted butter and sour cream together and add slowly
      4. Keep whisking until sauce thickens. Add water water for consistency Add paprika
