In this episode, I chat with Kate Longhurst, a Brit living in Singapore. Kate is an ICF certified coach, a mother, an expat, an empath, a listener and a chartered accountant with over 15 years experience. She has worked in high-pressure corporate environments, juggled life as a working mum and had periods of downtime, most notably as a trailing spouse, where she lost her sense of self and purpose.

Kate retrained as a coach in 2021 has been supporting women, particularly trailing spouses, to understand and achieve the life they want since.
