We're back baby, and this episode is well worth the wait. Bruno Rezende literally has volleyball running through his veins. Born into a family of Olympic Volleyball players, Bruno has been setting straight out of the womb.

We're so excited to have him join TPOE to talk all about what it was like growing up with volleyball, how to be a good teammate, how he learned to be present, meditation techniques that have helped him along the way, and all about his Brazilian pride. 

We discussed the book he's writing, how Brazilian training is different, the "defensive thermometer" and how he overcame losing in the Olympics by learning to forgive himself.
