Many USC students noticed the change in the USC Village today. A new restaurant, Bruxie, had its “soft” opening, serving chicken tenders and hand-crafted waffle sandwiches. It's the second eatery to open just in the past month in the Village -- a place where businesses selling pricey food seem to come and go.
