Before entering real estate, Bryan spent nearly a decade building homes, then began his real estate career as a licensed on-site sales professional for a local home builder. In October 1997, he transitioned into general residential real estate and has loved it ever since.

Over the years, Bryan has developed exceptional negotiation and facilitation skills, earning the designation of Certified Negotiation Expert. He is also a founding member of the Westminster Chamber of Commerce and currently serves on its board.
