The Monday Night Wav returns in episode 28 with a great week of professional wrestling content from WWE Raw, WWE Smackdown and AEW Dynamite. In our pro wrestling news segment we cover the new details of Rey Fenix of the Lucha Bros having injury time added to his contract and halting the teams move to WWE, as well as covering a possible AEW shift to Fox from seemingly confirmed by Swerve Strickland. On WWE Raw Xavier Woods seems to have been butt of the joke far to long as he picks a fight with Rey Mysterio after his lost to Chad Gable and American Made. Jey Uso also closes out the show in his win against Bron Breakker for the WWE Intercontinental Championship. On AEW Dynamite Grand Slam Bryan Danielson and Nigel Mcguinness put on a great 20 min bout to open the show, as we had no idea Bryan was even cleared to go after being brutally attacked by Jon Moxley at All Out. We also see a meeting of sorts between Swerves Strickland's manager Nana and MVP former manager in WWE to Bobby Lashley and The Hurt Business. This week in Smackdown Randy Orton wants answers from his friend Cody Rhodes as to why he is teaming up with Roman Reigns and Bad Blood to take on Solo Sikoa and The Bloodline.
