Don't let Bryan's soft-spoken delivery fool you, the man is hugely passionate about bicycles. What I found super inspiring about Bryan is his ability to incorporate personal philosophies into the store. From the logo, to the weekly ride, to the bikes he creates and way he approaches customers, you can tell he's doing things the way he knows they should be done, and you've just got to admire that.
