The program kicks off with Bryner Chevrolet president Dave Peterson checking in. He “grew up on the lot” as part of a four-generation family (the dealership being 90 years old and Dave himself involved the past 40+ years). Peterson gives a crash course re: the pros & cons of leasing v buying and sheds a lot of good insight along the way. Author Clarence Shuler then gives a call from his hometown of Colorado Springs to discuss his new book Choose Greatness—11 Wise Decisions That Brave Young Men Make. Co-written with fellow author (“The 5 Love Languages”) and lifelong mentor Gary Chapman, Shuler tackles a wide range of topics with the common thread of choosing—wisdom from parents or trusted adults…to seek knowledge through education…to make technology work for you…to build diverse friendships…and many more.
