Kelly Casey is from Galway, Ireland and her passion is fitness and mindset, which is why she owns a fitness business, the Kelly Fit and Dance studio. Where she continues to help women grow their bodies and minds. She teaches classes such as bootcamp, pole dancing, and aerial hoops. Kelly, currently holds courses for women whom want to get fit, physically and mentally together.

She calls it “Find your beauty inside and out” because you must work on both the in and outer sides or you will be uneven. And she wants you to be beautiful inside and out, because you have the power to change your mind, body and spirit. Kelly instructs those young in age, young at heart and all those in between.
