Dr. Randy B. Hayward is one of the most graceful speakers I’ve ever sat down with. He holds multiple degrees, including a doctorate in education which he has reached many lives through. He has a passion for motorcycles; but more importantly for people. I was lucky to have him come visit me in the desert for a quick conversation. I can’t begin to explain a man with this many layers- you’ll just have to enjoy the episode.
