Mocktail Recipe:

‘Georgia Peach’

1.5 oz Ritual Whiskey

0.25 oz Pathfinder

0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice 

0.75 oz Simple Syrup 2 quarters of peach

3 Mint Leaves 

Muddle peach and mint leaves with simple syrup. Add lemon juice, pathfinder, ritual to shaker tin with ice and shaker. Hard shake. Dump into a glass and top with 1.5 oz of sparkling water. Garnish with a mint sprig.
